Hey, what do you know, i got a reply from this guy! I just emailed him earlier and he responded with the below. By the way, i did not insult the guy, just abruptly raised serious questions about what was going on.
Oh, and DO NOT click on the weblink - this demonstrates the maturity of the guy - it nearly crashed my computer with a flash programme that puts 'you are an idiot' all over the screen.

We have now logged your IP address and any further e-mails that contain insults will result in us informing you service provider.
This upgrade patch has now been downloaded 1,045 times and thus far we have had nothing but praise for our work, i suggest you change your attitude before you ask for links etc.

More developments. Just got this email from Genesis. Has anyone searched Google for this thing? He says it can be found "with ease" - well can it? I've had a quick search and can find no mention of it.

We feel that with your comments made here direct and on public forums does not in anyway encourage us to send you any information regarding this upgrade...we can live without your donation if your attitude is anything to go by.
Please do not e-mail again as we do not have the time to reply.
You will also find that if you actually take the time to use a search facility like www.google.com
you will find the upgrade with ease, or you can ask one of your friends for a copy.

PS...We are currently working on the same file in order to meet the demand for WEI, this upgrade will be finished sometime next week for download, and has exactly the same features we put into ProE3.
as to your worry if this patch is valid i suggest you ask someone who you have not abused if they have it.

kibble could you please tell me what are you exactly trying to do. do you have any hope of this patch, or are you trying to force him to confess that this is a fake. I have serious suspicion that this genesis guy is schizophrenic rather than a twister. but what the hell are you trying to do

and that's why I don't want this thread to be closed. insomuch as it should be sticky I think. we should see this thread everytime we open the forum, maybe we all can get something from this thread. what a guy can do with absolutely nothing for example. Congrats to the guy for the attention this thread has received. No doubt he's had great enjoyment from it. But at the end of the day, i feel more sorry for him than i do annoyed. The time he spent writing all those 'serious' replies, and the number of emails he's replied to from people, all spinning the same lies. What a sad pathetic life he must lead.
