Problem Changing Names Of Stadiums

I seek advice and I hope that one of you guys can point me in the right direction.
I was always able to change the names of the stadiums into the real names of the stadiums, I used to change them in DBM12 and CM but it doesn't show ingame anymore. the weird thing is that my database shows the names as well as CM so I have no idea where the problem is.

P.S_1. I saved the DB and then I did the second option which was regenerating but still nothing.

P.S_2. I changed the stadium from Football ground to Estadio Mestalla
Cause I like to see the electronic boards.

As you can see it's a friendly match but it doesn't show in league match either.

Regenerating is not necessary when editing the db using CM 13 or DBM 12.

Could be that particular editing feature in CM 13 just isn't working properly. I tried to do some face editing with CM 13 and the program crashed when I clicked on certain players. So now I just use CM 13 to edit player ratings, transfer players, assign stadiums, and general stuff like that.

I change every stadium names, assign the more similar checking fussballtempel(a beautiful site to see any stadium in the world), with cm13, the strange thing is that in frienfly i can see my changes, in career not..... Any helps?

i do not think it works in career mode.
