my question is how can i return the scorebord to is regular place at the top of left side?

The same thing happened to me.

Try to change screen resolution.

That's not the problem (at least for me), because some of the default scoreboards work just fine while others don't and they were all ok before. I can only assume that it has to do with Fidels changed cinematics, LOD settings or something like that.
