Problem with Origin Account (help me)

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing the Origin. Whenever I log the message: "Need to be online to log in first." Can anyone help me?

Doesn't make sense. I never log into Origin while online, I always shut off my internet, then log into Origin and then FIFA. Only thing I can think of is you went online, shut Origin off while it was in the process of updating, and now it needs to finish updating before you can log in and play. Something similar happened to me.

It really makes no sense, but I'm online it asks me is online as if I was not. I do not understand.

Did you change/download something before this happened? One option I suppose would be to re-install Origin, I just don't know if that will screw up your game/game files somehow. It shouldn't, just back things up first if you're going to do that.
