Problems in second half of game

I hope some one can help me out.

Every time in the second half of the game, all the players when they get the ball they push it away, sometimes to the front but most of the times is to the back.

So a middle field player gets the ball it pushes it to the back if another player from my team gets the ball it also pushes it to back so I can control the ball until the goalie gets it or a player from the other team gets it.

I do not know if I press something to activate this, can someone help me out to figure out what is happenning?

its not a problem if you play with LIVERPOOL FC. they were programmed to play like that just like they were now. 18th place on BPL :rofl:
