Question about EPL squads

Hello,
I see so many different mods and patches. It seems like there are huge mega patches but nothing with JUST the squads?
Is there something that just has updated squads for the EPL? Then I can go and find kits, stadiums, faces, etc. But I'd like to know what the best roster/squad file is for the EPL.
