i moved some players to another teams ... but when i play online i dont find them in their new teams

how can i play online with players in new teams ?

it's not possible to play with teams set as you want.. everyone plays on standard settings.. the only thing you can do is editing visual effects like kits, boots, faces using kitserver.. ;)
