Where has the German efficiency gone? I always associate with Bayern efficiency, but not beautiful football. If Bayern goes 1-0 up they never lose a lead. Oh dear.

If two points end level on points then the results against each other will take into effect. If the results do not separate the two teams then it will be goal difference, then goal scored, then drawing of lots (or is it Uefa Coefficient?).

Bayern lost at home to Depor but then Depor lost at home to Milan heavily. So the logical thing will be that Bayern will get thrashed by Milan. But football is never logical, so Bayern still have a chance. Also, it is not guaranteed that Depor will win both games against Lens, or that Milan will get all 3 points against Lens in France.
