I'm not sure about the usa, but you can get them pretty much all over the world so I'd be surprised if you don't get them there too..

if you go to soccer.com and register you can get there free catalog.I emailed them and they said in there may catalog they would have the bands and some other anti-racism campaign stuff.this is for us in the usa

I got the stand up speak up bands. I had to get them from e-bay though.
