I think the current system is fine. A reputation system might sound interesting and fun but it will be somewhat difficult to implement.

I've seen it at other forums. Members can rate members on a scale of 1-5 stars. I don't like it though. Rankings will always be a little biased and could start some pissing contests between members.

If you want a special title, just sleep with a mod/admin. Then you'll be as cool as me with my special title. Bitches.
