Returning to FIFA modding, looking for some help.

Alright there lads!

Basically, I've been a PES-man for the past 5 years but I decided to get FIFA11 today and as such I'm looking to return to making and using mods for FIFA. I've been out of the loop for so long with regards to FIFA, I'm asking for some help in getting up to speed. Specifically, I'm looking at updating the kits. So, with that in mind, how do I find the kit files for which teams, and which programs do I use to open the files and import them? I'm hoping to make a lot of unseen Scottish and English kits, so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated and I'd hope to repay in kind by sharing my mods!
