saving profiles while re-installing game

I have asked this question before somewhere, and acomplished it, but have since forgot how to do it, so I need some help.

I need to re-install Fifa 06, but I don't want to lose my game data and profiles. I know in order to do this there are certain folders and files I need to back up first. Does anyone know what those folders and files are?

copy the FIFA06 folder in your my documents folder. you profiles are found here, but if you uninstall FIFA i dont think it will delete your profiles
