Scouts Without Last Names

Does anybody else experienced this bug before? Is there any solution for it? This only happens for scouts from the country I'm managing. In this example I was managing Astra (a Romanian Liga I team).

Astristul i think that this isn't an error , his name would have only first name :D

You may be right, but I'm thinking maybe there is a line in the db files that needs to be edited so that I won't have this kind of bugs. I also want to mention that I've seen some scouts without a name at all. It's just the flag and a blank space instead of their name.
