Iturraspe is only so-so in my Bilbao game. Only plays in a 3 man midfield, and is only marginally better than Iñigo Ruiz de Galarreta.

How do i get past the "Minimum of 8 players trained in England for 3 years before 21st birthday" criteria all the squad doesn't seem to fit into that criteria and i can't register the squad.

Leave empty spaces to make up the criteria.

E.g. You only have 5 homegrown, register 22 instead of 25.

Make sure they comply with the requisites (difficult since loans will ruin it). Bringing 14-16 year olds makes it easier.
