Should I create a Scottish Patch for FIFA 12?

I have decided to release a patch for Fifa 11 with all the bits I've put together

In other news I have bought Fifa 12 and must conceed that my computer is barely up to it, but that I do want to make a Fifa 12 Scottish Leagues Patch once CM12 is released - though I might add some other Scottish Senior leagues including the Highland League, EOS and SOS and maybe even some juniors. The main issue I had in Fifa 08 and 09 was a limit on tournaments in Career mode, not sure if FIFA 12 has such a limit...
