Hi there footiegamers!!!!
Just found out that there’s a solution for the framerate issue in the Xbox version of Euro 2004. Before you boot the game, make sure that you change your display settings in the Xbox dashboard. Therefore you need to select that your TV supports NO 70hz. When booting Euro 2004 with this video setting, there will hardly be any framedrop nor stuttering. Also the gamespeed is far more realistic (slower) with these settings. Enjoy the game!!
By the way: I regret that all the hard efforts from EA Sports to get the rights to use the names and faces from the Dutch players in this game, did not result in an agreement. Sometimes I’m ashamed to be a Dutchman…… EA Sports really did an excellent job (re)creating the teams and atmosphere for the Euro 2004 Finals! It’s very annoying that there’s one team that is spoiling that…… I’m very sorry…….
