Some initial gripes...with full game

The penalty system still has me annoyed.... I was playing with Valencia and was awarded a penalty and i hit the shoot button right in the middle area where your suppose to and Soldado still slips over and misses horribly...What is the point there??? Particularly with keyboard the new game is taking a bit of getting use to...

Also it seems almost impossible to foul.....I have been testing it out in games and so many of the slide tackles are just run over with no effect (I want to see at least a few more cards)... Ive played like 20 games with only a handful of cards awarded

Is there a training area to go straight to practice penalties.........????

The penalty system is actually quite good once you figure out how to use it. I'm guessing you're holding down the arrow keys the entire time you take the penalty which as I found out is the problem. You have to press the shoot button and only after the player begins the run-up do you use the arrow keys to pick your spot. Before that point do not touch them. After you get the hang of it you'll be finding the top corner soon enough.

You can practice penalties inside the arena like in FIFA 11.

I loved the demo on Professional......but they have tweaked it and now the opposition are freaken superstars....pisses me off..

Then you drop down to semi-pro and you ream a team 6-0.....where is the happy medium...???

E.G... Valencia vs Mainz..... In Semi pro its quite good....although I was scoring decent goals from outside the penatly box with ease....

In Professional mode....they have far quicker reaction times which just plain ****ed up... Why do EA **** up the setting when it worked well in the DEMO...???

bro use the sliders to reduce the cpu teams speed & pass accuracy & you will be fine.

i play on legendary & get raped (no homo) but enjoy it.
finally a game that just beats the snot out of you.

is any 1 else having troubles with getting free kicks in good scoring places? thats my one and only problem this year.i think ive played 15 games not simulated and i got my first good free kick 28 yards away or so,and i dont wanna wait another 15 games to get another free kick.....is there anything i can do to try to get more free kicks????????

i play on legendary & i havent had the chance to take one from any position.
they do not foul me, they constantly take the ball away, its frustrating.

I always play on legendary and manage to beat almost any team at least 6-0, thats with strong rivals such as Barcelona, because with medium level teams i usually get 10-0 or more. If you want more challenge you have to create your own teams and give them over 98 to all of their players, then you will have a really hard time trying to beat them, but even so, if you are good player you can still beat them by 6 or even 7 goals from time to time, though thats really an accomplishment.

Dank, actually i cant say im good, because i only stick to the basics. Im not into fancy moves or complicated plays, its just teamwork. The most important thing is your formation, thats the 80% of the formula to beat any team, if you manage to find out the right formation then you pretty much win a game just by passing the ball, you wont need even to dribble much because the CPU will place your players at the right position to receive the ball where you need it and so your striker will have just to put it in with no effort.

I play on pro difficulty and most of the time it's really good. I've lost a couple of games and won some but one thing is really getting on my nerves. Last four or five games have been ridiculous as the cpu hasn't committed a single foul on any of those games. It's not like there ain't any contact. My players foul the opponent and that's ok but the cpu does the same and no free kick.
