Stadiums Converting

Hi All! How can I convert a 3D file to be able to use stadium to FIFA? What programs need to? And when you need to put the fans? Thanks

You need the following tools for this:
- HARP Stadium Builder
- FSH Tool but better is fshEd ´cause it´s working well and is easier for the first time than a other tool
- Oiftool 2007
- and a bit of your time ´cause this will be not easy for the first time
