Start Season In 16/17

Is it possible via Creation Master to start the Season in 16/17 ?
I want to Create an Fantasy Saison for the next Season only for me & i dont know how it works.
And i want to change the Teams for The UCL & UEL, but i dont know how, any ideas ?
Sorry for my english :D

you can edit the cmsettings.ini to start in 2016... just find the calendar date in the ini file & change it to 2016.. then regen the data
