start up problems

I have fully installed fifa and once i double click the fifa 2k3 icon a screen comes up which says fifa 2k3.
the game seems to start a black screen comes up and then nothing

I am running win xp home and my graphics card is VIA TECH VT 8361/VT8601.

I think upgrading the drivers could do the trick but i don't know where i can get them from


any help would be good
