Is it possible for programmers to include such effects as firing a flare in the stands or (as it was in "World Cup") display those big flags, diffrent for diffrent clubs ?

I must admit that I'd buy every game which would include such effects. I remember "Football Glory", with its funny interferers - like throwing a flare on the pitch (I don't accept it in the real life, though)....

no, it's not from a computer game - it's from a real life football match. But HEAR ME PLEASE - what I'm saying that such effects should be included in FIFA 2003, is that clear ?

flares and stuff will need a powerful pc i think
