As the manager of a 3rd div team, which formation will be best suitable for me for getting a promotion? my defence is okay, midfield not so good and forwards good.:(

I made this tactic and i have only lost 1 match and drew 1 in EPL so far, im in March as well. I raped Chelsea 5-1 recently.:)

Nope, Diablo has a MC running to FC who scores like a 100 goals a season, i only a AMC for helping my striikers open up space and all.:)

nobody can really tell you what formations to do with your team...it depends on the strengths of your players...eg if you have players with pace, speed and stamina then they would be good with runs(arrows) if you have quite strong, big defenders with good tackling and marking then you dont need many defenders so you can concentrate on attacking

For a third division side, I think a 4-4-2 is suitable enough if you have pacey strikers.

I think when you should start worrying about strikers is when you're one league away from the top flight.

I would go for a defensive tactic, 5-1-2-2

--------------GK--------------

--DR--DC--DC--DC--DL--

------------DMC-------------

--MR------------------ML--

-------FC--------FC--------

You made a tactic which every one has known for the past 50 odd years (H)

I think a non-league team with a 5-3-2 like codies', but 2 MC's instead of ML/MR and make the DL/DR run forward and join attacks.

I think you'd be better off using a DMR, a DML, and an MC, and having the two DMs running forward, than having a DMC with two MCs stuck in front of him. Or maybe use a SWC in stead of a DMC.

I've been playing with Queens Park from scothish 3rd div and I've used scramjet tactic with very good results.

You can give it a look in any Cm site.
