Has anybody noticed this? its actually been going on in previous FIFAs aswell!!
Its just stupid really, nothing else to say.

Yes, Especially the EFA and ECC. There are a few ways to qualify for the tournaments, like winning a league and a cup or if you get elimianted from one you get placed in the other. To Qualify for the EFA, if you play in the EPL, you can get a spot by finishing 5th, winning the League Cup, The English Cup, not to mention losing a qualifying round of the ECC.
