Teams in manager mode

Hi,
I'm not sure if this is right place to ask this, but I would like to play with a team in manager mode but I don't find it from the list. Is it like that best teams are not in the lists? :rolleyes:

In order to start out with the top teams you need to unlock career teams in the Fan Shop. Be warned, however, that it is very difficult to stay solvent playing as a five star team.
