Tell Me How To Do This Trick

Fifa's tricks are always something special for me. either my fingers are to awkward or the controls are just to inaccurate. Also I find it difficult to do the tricks in a game. In the Arena where you are behind a player its not that hard.

Well, but thats not the topic. I just flicked the right stick in some direction and this move happened:

So it's quite cool, can anyone tell me how to do it?

5 star skiller: flick the right stick forward in the direction you are facing, and then to the direction you want to exit to - right or left, not diagonally. <- or ->
