first of all i'm sorry that i used it.
secondly i just used it for the places of the shapes, they arent the same. also i made the pattern in the front by myself.
and thirdly the shorts aren't similar at all.

Well this is very interesting, you are contradicting yourself. First you say sorry for using it and second the shorts aren't similar at all but it's not too difficult to change that a bit otherwise it would raise suspicion.
I agree with Alex here, looking at the kits they are too similar ergo you stole his design :kader: :boohoo:
Leave the forum now or be ready for a ban since Alex is a mod here :rolleyes:

Listen, i'm one of the staff members in FIFA-IL, and those who knows us know that FIFA-IL was always a leading site, and that we never stole nothing from anyone.
i'm going to talk with Tezuka, and i hope that we can work things out.

anyway, i'm a patch maker myself and i know the feeling when you think that other user had stolen your patches, but you can keep your mouth and not curse.
it's really inappropriate.

i have never said anything bad about your site, but i do think that the kitmakers should know that you should never steal stuffs from other guys, thats rule number one, but i guess the reason i get so angry everytime someone steal stuffs from me(or other kitmakers) is that many times this has happen before, random guys are on the guy that has stolens side, and i think thats wrong. peoples that arent kitmakers must understand that we lay many hours on the designs, and seeing other guys taking all the "honour" for something they have stole making you pissed-off. thats why i dont think an update of the design would make everything OK again, because then they will never learn the rule, they must get some kind of punishment....

i don't think this is a serious "case"...after all, this thread is fuul with kits he made, and except one (that after talking with him, he told me he just used it to help him, and promise it's the first and last time), all the kits he made are in a high level, and not stolen from anyone...

i can't talk in the name of the whole FIFA patchers community, but i'm in this business for almost 5 years, and yes in the beginning i "stole" stuff from others, before i understood this whole thing...so we are many years in this, but he isn't...
he made a mistake, he said sorry, and i see this as a close issue.

i hope that after the red card ban will expire, he will publish an apology message,and you can all forgive him...

mate, i dont think he "just used it to help him" , i mean hi stole everything from my front and back design... and i do think this looks pretty similar too

lol, not a serious case :rofl:, man he stole everything from alex, only the shorts was made by himself btw. it´s the easyest to make. and you are talking about an unsirious case.

Again looks very identical to me, even up to the Nikebrand inside of the collar how do you explain that then :rolleyes:
Alex is right IMO, you can't get away with smth like that since I know how many time he has spended to perfect his templates :boohoo:
