"Thanks" mode

I so mode for vB, it called "thanks mode". I think, it will be great if this mode will be on this forum.
then people will no printing "thanks", they \'ve only push the button. Less flood- but the same reaction of creators

How many times has someone posted 'Thanks' on its own here? It would be a waste of the admin's time to implement it.

i dont see the point in not just typing thanks.. it takes like less than a second more..

It's just as floody to press the button to automatically insert it than it is to type the word out properly. We'd see loads of people (particularly n00bs) having 100's of posts consisting of just the word "thanks" otherwise.

IMO, the idea is a non-starter. Sorry.
