What a think is that EPL is more a "commercial" league. I mean, a more public one, a more popular. It look like rugby or I dunno, players run and tackles likes freaks during the whole game, they kick the ball (called long pass) as soon as they have 0.5cm free in front of them, etc.
The most non-english team in the EPL is Arsenal. They play an almost total ground football, not many high balls and dont kick the ball like can do a team like West Ham or whatever. Then comes Manchester United after Arsenal.
Without joking, when i watch a game like West Ham vs West brom, it gives me strong headaches, the ball flies everywhere. Thats not to insult any EPL fans but it looks like kids are playing. (Now they will blast me

My order would be
Serie A (calm and with technique)
La Liga (a bit more paced, with technique also)
Bundesliga (different, more physique, good technique also)
EPL (fast paced, very physique, a lil bit of technique for most of the teams)
