Why'd they do that?? Damn.. that really sucks. I wanted to buy the game just so I could play as Holland. They are the only good team that isn't licensed. Now I have to play as a team I could give 2 $hits about, wonderful.

Malta is Licensed and it appears there. It is the Blue dot under Sicily.

Scotland must be licensed because according to Breamsters Face list players such as James Mcfadden and Barry Ferguson have there own Specific faces. If they weren't licensed they wouldn't be allowed to have there faces in there, would they??!!?!!

EA probably have their rights because they play for Premiership teams, but the team rights (i.e. kits and stuff) would need to be bought off the Scottish FA, which it seems like they didnt get.

That may be right, or maybe EA thinking they would get the license put them in and then the license fell through but they left them in anyway. Either way it's a shame.
