If you are under the age of 12, play FIFA, the gameplay is not as complex as PES and the build up to a goal is a lot quicker and simplier. They would also be impressed by the licences, good interface and graphics.

If you are NOT a big football fan or do not understand the sport, but may want a bit of fun or understanding of the game, pick FIFA as I said before the gameplay is alot simplier and not as much thinking and understanding of the game is involved. Plus they will learn more about the sport by looking at real licences.

If you are a BIG football fan but do not have the hours to spare on video games, pick FIFA, the gameplay is quick and easy to pick up and play, whereas PES takes time to understand and the build up of play is a lot slower so people who do not spend much time on video games would not bother.

And lastly....If you are a BIG footy fan and DO have the hours to spend on the game, pick PES. The depth and actual realness of the game goes
way beyond that of FIFA, eventhough there ain't many licenses it doesn't matter as its easily patch. This is simply the closest game to football and any football gamer realises it.

yes pes needs learning, if you first have it you probably wont like it. But slowly you will master the little skills and eventually you will love it.
Fifa is just an easy too pick up game, you master it in a couple of hours and in 1 week you have seen everything fifa has too offer. But with pes you will discover new things untill the new release is there :rockman:
