most fifa fans cry for so many dif things. they want stupid weather affects. nike balls. these little things that wont make fifa's bad game play any better. if you check pes forums...you never see anyone crying about the game cause it does not have dif weather or nike balls ect. most true soccer fans want gameplay first.....all the little goodies second. why do most of you fifa fans cry when fifa takes something stupid out like dynamic weather? i thinks it's stupid because it's like adding something that sounds cool but does not make the game play better. they seem to do that every year. they keep adding more goodies then work on gameplay last. (well it looks like it everyear a new game comes out lol) it might make it more flashy. (ooh....sweet the weather changes)but will it make the player animations look better? make the golies better?........no!
imagine if fifa just spent all there time on game play. then they added all the lil goodies later. prob be the best game right?
but you see...every year fifa seems to change it. the game play might get a bit better but it never plays good enough to say it is amazing. like fifa 2004. they changed the game play a bit yes...but they also keep going on and on about the teams and the players. i know why they do it.....because it's what etracts people to the game. people would rather score a fake looking goal on fifa with a dude that has his real name on his shirt then to score one with a dude on pes with no name but more realistic.
think about the older fifa's. did that star player with his name on his shirt play like he did for real? did he use both feet? i mean come on....it could say his name...but if he does not play like he would in real life....why bother getting so worked up over having licenced names? pes might not have the players act exacly like they do in real life but if u were to edit and add in real name to a player it would be worth it because the way pes have there game play worked out it's allmost like it is how that player would play in a sense. (that is the kind of gameplay fifa needs)
pes to me is at the top because they have worked out the game play. the game play is allmost perfect. now it's like they can spend time building it up to what fifa has.
fifa can add more teams faces better graphics....but without great gameplay it will never be a true soccer game.
i have memories of playing fifa 99. doing spins all the way up the feild passing everybody that comes at me.
then scoring a goal......lol pretty amazing.
i hope fifa gets it right this time. if not perfect i hope it's allot better then last years.

the most fun i had playing a soccer game was mls soccer for ps1. everything was unscripted. it was so awsome. so many dif kinds of goals. so much tension. u would allmost start sweating. big blasts from so far away. off the post crazy shots......ah now that is a fun soccer game.
