Thoughts On The Hacker

My goldfish died of shock at what the hacker has done. I've had to flush him down the toilet to a poop-filled grave. I hope the hacker can live with that on his conscience.

At least, I think it was dead...he certainly hadn't spoken for a couple of days.

I heard some years ago,that there was a chance to stop the first Virus that would have been releashed.So what?You think there would not be any Viruses then?I can assure that it would be a matter of hours till the next attempt to releas one.WE CANNOT PREVENT THIS.It's in our blood and mind:destroy anyone who is better than us,try to be superior.

We are the only spieces on earth that kill our own spieces.Like the Agent said in the Matrix:We ourselves are Viruses.

Site Hacking

At around about the same time as SG was hacked, we at www.fifaplayer.co.uk had our own intruder.

It would seem they didn't succeed this time, but they have in the past, putting our whole site off-line for two days.

I sent Matt the IP address that appeared in our firewall and server logs to see if this is the same person.

The point about the world cup losses is one that I didn't consider, but since England won well against Denmark that day, it could very well be something connected to that.

The fact is we will never know why they do it. After our last serious hacking I was receiving taunting mails as well from an anonymous mail address.

It is sad that people who use their spare time, lots of cash [yes running a FIFA site actually costs the owner in some way] and enthusiasm to bring their country's FIFA fans a service get treated in this way by dumb idiots.

The fact is this though, they will NEVER succeed in this manner.

Here we all are back up and running in full again, just like our site after our hacker did his worst.

So whoever you are, you are NOT a FIFA fan and you're not worthy of being in our community.

For what it counts. I would like to congratulate the people who got the site up and runing again in no time. this just goes to show their dedication the the site, the users, and the fans of soccer.

Well done.

Hacker, you may have had the skill to bring us down, but the admins had the brains to back up the stuff. So stuff you and your stupid games, because we are one step ahead of you, you lowlife piece of sh*t.

The FIFA Community will tolerate your sh*t no-more.

I think it's outrageous that the hard work of admins and webmasters isn't appreciated more. But some low-life ****balls have to keep on bugging us.
