Turning off transfers

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way to turn off transfers completely in Fifa 11. Obviously, you can't do this in the actual game, but is there a way to do it elsewhere?

Frankly, I'm sick off teams like Chelsea selling Drogba or Utd selling Rooney half way through a season and weakening themselves. It's ridiculous.

And until CM11 is out, I can't reverse the transfers that the game makes.

That only happens in Manager mode...

Why disable it, when that make game more interesting...

Also, if M UTD sells Rooney after 5 or 6 season...
Hi will be over 30 years old and his attributes will be much lower than they are now, and M UTD will sell him to buy younger player with better attributes, like in real world...

Yep, I know it only happens in Manager mode, but I dislike it when the teams end up being a shadow of themselves after rampant selling and buying.

The big names which should be a threat, end up being weak.

It would just be great to be able to turn transfers off. Even it if meant going into the code to do so.

Open the db using dbmaster and in teams table you will find the column called transferbudget. Put all values in 0. You can do this one by one or export the table to txt, open in excel, change the numbers, save in txt, and import again using dbmaster. No more transfers will happen

But what's if all the players retire? If he play with more than 15 seasons?
