You probably could hook another keyboard up to the USB or something, I usually play with the keyboard and my brother uses the controller (does anyone know if that would be unfair?) and it works fine (about $15 to buy controller)

Your brother has an advantage.

Keyboard only allows 0 (up), 45 (up + left), 90 (left), 135 (left +down), 180(down), 225 (right + down), 270 (right) (360 is same as 0 = up)

whereas contoller allows you to aim between 0 and 360 in 1 degree increments so 0,1,2,3, etc etc

This will apply to: movement, shot angles etc.

And if your keyboard only allows you to press 3 keys max, then you cant run (e key) while shooting (d key) and press the down key and left key to aim.
