Uefa Cup Disappeared

I changed Uefa Cup format to the new (Europe league) format that is going to be used next year but when i go to the game and start a new season i cant qualify to the tournament, is like it has disappeared, i even tried go to the tournament by finishng 3 in UEFA CHAMPIONS league Group stage but uefa cup still doesnt show. What can i do to solve this?:icon_spin:
