Hello everyone!

Can somebody help me? I trying to work with UGC Master, but...
Program installing well, open UGC content file well. When try to unpack file, program give a error.

I have installing this program on:
Windows 7 x86 (Russian)
Windows XP Mode (English) on Windows 7 x86
Windows 8 x86 (English)
Windows 8 x64 (English)

Always the same error:

Yes.

Moreover, all FIFA editing tool working fine for me!!! Exception - Cyber face converter, which working correctly only on English language Windows.
