Very Strange Crash

My Fifa crash after select Personal Setings it call me when Personal Setings are damaged and when select to make new setings - nothing - just loading -
i delete my revolution mod - no change restore original language - loc-no change-delete fifa 13 folder in my documents and no change . Any idea Thanks in advance

Edit: i put my very old personal settings and work, but why can't make new personal settings? Any idea ?> Thanks in advance
