Weird Error When Trying To Load Settings

For the last few days, I get a very strange error when trying to enter the game. After the EA intro video, Where you load your personal settings, I get a bizarre error, the cursor moves through the options as if someone is holding down the 'down' button on the controller. (its not the controller that's the problem, as it happens when it's unplugged as well.) I have also tried reinstalling the game , but to no avail...
It's really annoying as i cannot get into the game. Here's a little video clip of what I mean:

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!!

Or... Try to cut all files from FIFA 14 documents folder and start the game.

Thanks, but does not help unfortunately, as soon as i get to a similar menu, it does the same thing, and it's not the gamepad, as it happens when it's unplugged as well.

Major error continues

I have been having this issue for over a month now, and i have resorted to buying PES, which works fine, but I prefer Fifa... I really need to figure out how to fix the problem, here is another video.

I have similar things happen, when batteries of my gamepad of. Try to delete all gamepad drivers. This is must be gamepad...

Hi, which files do you mean?The gamepad works no problem with other games, so it's very strange.

Yes, if you was reinstall FIFA, this is very strange! I am not a drivers expert... But problem is FIFA or Gamepad! Try complete reinstall gamepad drivers and FIFA (with registry cleaning). Try REVO uninstaller...

ok, I tried to reinstall already, but no success. I will try the gamepad reinstall, thank you. I contacted EA about 5 times, but they have no clue!

If you only one men in the world who have this, no one can help you... Maybe this your windows issue.

Do you have windows backup, before day this happen?

The obvious answer is that it's a hardware issue; it's either your PC or your gamepad. Something isn't compatible. Try using a different gamepad, and/or install the game on a different PC and try it. You can't hope to figure out what the problem is until you do that.
