extratc the skin to /Cm 03-04/data/skins/
some files in the skin have to be replaced with the the files in the menubar, unsure where they are though.

Once youve extracted the files go to preferences and select the skin

The answer is always in a file called readme.txt. No-one is smart enough to read it I guess
