Where are the youngsters in CM after few years?

I'm in my 7th season in Career Mode and I can't find a decent youngster (under 23!!) to transfer whatsoever.

If there's some young prospect out there, he surely comes from my youth academy. Other than that, a big fat nothing.

Am I to believe in 2 more year the youngest 70 OVR (again, 70!!) is to be 25 years old? What the f*ck EA?

As for the computer generated youth players, it really depends on the agents that we willing to pay and country that it set up. The highest/expensive agents, the more high rates young players can be found. Rather than that, go for transfer market which of course expensive too.

It's a good experience for me. Not everyone with limited money can have good or excellent youth players. That's what the small or mid budget-size clubs has to suffer. It's really interesting to know. Even in real world, not every successfull team can have pool of talented young players for cheap.

You didn't get my rant. I know all it is to be known about youth academy.

My grudge is that me aside, there's nothing else out there producing youngsters. That is, if I don't buy any scouter throughout CM, any scouter at all(!), hence I won't rely on the youth academy, then there's no decent youngster whatsoever after 6-7 years.
