Where can I download First Division Stars 2002?

Hopefully Robert M will see this.

I have received a number of enquiries from people regarding downloading the excellent First Division Stars 2002 patch. You used to be able to obtain it from:

but this is now not available since SoccerEd is on the move.

Is there a temporary location where this patch can be downloaded or would you like me to host it?
