Why custom players worth too much in career mode???

Hello guys!!!

I would like to make a question about custom players. I have make some custom players for my team in fifa 12, and when I go in career mode, all those player worth 30 or 25 million euros!!!!!! Does anybody know, when someone creating a player, which value specifies how much this custom player worths in career mode???
