Why I hate Fifa 2005

i honestly think fifa's going to be a great game in this year. We'll see, but it looks like they've put a lot of work into it.

WE 7 is great, and it would be an even better game, but a lot of things just seem weird.

Some of the animations
Graphics
Cutscenes
Commentary
Liscenses (all the fake ****) Trad Bricks? What the **** is trad bricks?

But its still a great game.
I plan to get both

Have you played patched WE or PES3 mate ?? I have WE7IJ with WEFantasy X-Patch that already kills FIFA 2050 lol... who needs a ****in' license..

I wish i did though
I really dont mind too much because i usually play in master league and thats a whole different experience...
it does kind of get annoying though.

just wait until the game comes out before you guys start bitching about it...




sometimes it seems that fifa is almost bound to the liscences.......

but then again i'd rather not play as trad bricks

Sure . . . people like you would rather play as a right footed Vieri, Recoba, Davids, Raul and Rivaldo of course and a Michael Owen whose pace is as slow as hell with bright white teeth . . . Screw the real life realism of players behaviour, as long as handsome Davy Becks got his hair style updated and Roney got his tooth well-constructed FIFA is better than anything, even a hot sex with an angel . . . Screw the ball physics, as long as it shines brightly , you don`t give a damn even if it bounces like a pinball . . .

i would agree with much of that, but that trad bricks **** is really getting to me.

fifa is a second grade game, should only be played by countries that call that sport "soccer" not football...

plus, u can always edit the players...
or get the patch of some sort..

now that WE8 has series A league, u shouldn't have any complaint left right?

can't believe u actually played WE or PES before... coz if u did (well..if u did "play" properly ) instead of trying to pinball like FiFA, u will see y fifa is sh1t..

we8 has better graphics than fifa/euro2004, and i bet they will be better than fifa2005 also.
Gameplay was always better than fifa, so i dont understand why people still buy the fifa series. Maybe because its easier to play i guess.

its no doubt that fifa is so much easier than pes.
Better graphics are arguable. but presentation i dont think is....

when you wrap up the presentation i think it beats PES. But i think that PES is more fun...

Something i always expected from fifa was player reallness. I want to see cristiano ronaldo do his famous stepovers. I want to see ronaldhino do his special tricks. Having liscenses its a shame EA have failed to create player individuality. I think that fifa has gotten the gameplay sorted out this year.

I bet you took out that conclusion from those promo videos. Don`t ever trust any content from EA`s promo videos. Last year vids also showed fluid moves like new kickin` animations etc, but after you got the game, you`ll find out that those are the only moves available in the game and then things will get way to repetitive, it bores you to dead . . . FIFA can`t give the randomness feelin` like in real football . . .

from the actual game looked nice so.......

when u saw a film's trailer and u think that movie is the best, the must see of the year only to realise that movie was a total waste of money after u watched half of it?

fifa is that kind...their so called "gameplay" movie and advertisement always make FIFA looks 100x nicer than what it really is..

a piece of sh1t..
they do that for every FIFA version.. so, nothing much to expect here...

i was talking about the spanish campus video...

it was an hour long video (unfortunately all in spanish) but it showed quite a bit of game time between human vs cpu and human vs human...
