there is only one to play the real groups and you need to install the fifafx-tool first, but its awesome, great stadiums and lots of new sounds

the fifafx wc2002 patch is good, with the real groupings, but is normal. the SOCCERACCESS wc2002 patch is best patch EVER!!! with a great iggex (popups) and the great skill moves selector that let you use different special moves in the game. simply magnificent!!!

But no doubt, the finest patch is the FifaFX 2002 World Cup patch. All rosters, real groups, kits, flags, anthems, goalie kits, 20 stadiums !!!,...

4 El Gallo: There are many different World Cup patches for FIFA 2002, and everyone has full right to prefer one of them. I prefer the FifaFX patch, and I have full right to express my opinion. Although you're a moderator of this forum (BTW should mods use words as "annoying as hell man"?) you shouldn't claim that someone is jealous just because he prefers other patch than the one from SoccerAccess.
I have nothing against Socceaccess patches, Ariel is no doubt one of the best patchmakers in the community, and the socceraccess pages always bring us very high quality downloads. But I am really annoyed of tho things:
1/ the socceaccess webpages are filled with lots of advertisements, commercials, popup windows,... that's why I paraphrased the SoccerAccess name with "$" (I know, running your own server costs money, I know that very good, I have my own server too - but you cannot find any commercial there. Another example: look at www.fifafx.de - can you see any commercial there?)
2/ if you browse this forum back, in almost every thread you can find a post from someone connected to SoccerAccess, promoting the SA pages and new files just released there. I know, this is an open forum, and everyone can promote his work here (sometimes I do it also), but everything should have some limits. Good things don't need any promotion, they promote itself.

Basically for Real Groups, FIFA FX, for higher resolution GK kits(without overwriting ur old kits essential files), the awesome skill moves selector(lets u do special moves with e and w that werent previousley available, IGGEx (little ingame cartoons of key players and stuff) the go the Soccer Access patch.
It is also a smaller download then the FX version. They are BOTH great patches, but really i think the only advantage FX has, is the slightly better quality soudning national anthems, and the Real Groups. Everything else is as good, or better in the SA one im afraid, and it has lots of extra bells and whistles mentioned above.
Anyway thats just my opinion.

I dont see the problem because I'm not really advertising the SA patch It's just my opinion.
I got first the fifafx patch, and I really like the FX patches.
But as I sayd before I think that if you compared both patches, the fifafx patch only has the real groupings and (as skeep sayd) better quality anthems. Oh, and also the 20 stadiums thing that is a BIG thing.
The SA wc2002 patch ( and It's the truth) has new and different things that makes it almost a new game, with a new IGGEX, new cinematics and the skill moves selector. and it also has better quality kits, and it also all rosters(fifafx roster for Uruguay its the default fifa2002 roster) flags, badges, etc. but just 5 stadiums.
so that's just my opinion and about the $$$ thing, I know that it bothers some people to have banners all over the place(I dont like it either) but if you dont have money to buy the server and the etc. then you have to make money with the site to have it up.
remember that fifafx is hosted by fifaspot so they so spend any money in the site.
