I've done to re make WC 2010 scoreboard.

To use it, install popups manager 3.0 for fifa 07, and copy it ..\program files\Ea Sport\Fifa07\MDSE\
after, run Popup Manager 3.0 and import it. Run fatbh builder and Enjoy it!

Hey Insly, awesome scoreboards. I was wondering, I've been looking around for these scoreboards but in a blue white style, for popups as well. The blue white popups were used in the WC2010 Fifa game, and during the FIFA 2009 Confederatons cup.

Could you make this scoreboards and popups like that? Just change to white and blue instead like so.

just a little question... how can i change the referee kit without patch???? do you guys know something about this???

Also what programs do you use to make these? There's some scoreboards for FIFA 10 that are FOX sports and Univision, Azteca etc, Can I use those for FIFA 07? If not what program do you use so I can make them myself.
