I always have those small injuries, that whenever one goes away, another one comes right up, so basically i can never be 100% fit and healed .
I need an adive though. Right now i am playing with two injuries on my main left foot. One is where i stretched my leg and it just hurts at the part where you leg is connected to your body, everytime i walk it hurts. Then i don't play for 4-5 days and it goes away, but as soon as i start playing it starts to hurt again and doesn't let me do long sprints. The second injury is with my ankle. Once i twisted it and now, whenever i turn my ankle to the right or when i sometimes hit it, it hurts just right under the outside bone that is between your foot and your leg. The worst is when the ball is you the air and i volley it or hit it with the top of my fingers.
Anybody know how i can heal those two injuries quick? I always stretch for like 10 minutes in those two parts, but that still doesn't help and i had those injuries for like 4 month now. Is resting the leg the only way?
