WTF Fifa 12 crazy crash

Hi everyone , i was cm in fifa 12 when i scored a goal a celebration came then suddenly it freezes,after 20-30 second it crashed to desktop then my screen was like this

Whats the problem ?????????????Plz answer asap.......

C'mon man, you need to supply some details: what mods you have installed, which files you've tweaked or edited, your PC specs...

A original fifa disk from retail stores
had install 2-pi's grass mod......
NO patches.....

I have....
Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
4 gb Ram
Ati Hd 4550 1gb + 512 mb intel hd grafix......
Intel i5 650 3.33 ghz

Okay, so did it only crash once? Or does it crash with every goal celebration? If it's a recurring issue, the first thing you need to do is remove/uninstall all mods, and get the game back to its default install state. Then play some games and see what its doing at that point.

i had installed it month ago it crashed 4-5 times now i m not at home will go home check....
will go in 3-4 days
