Could someone explain how this works. I've heard some people say that the younger player stats aren't that good, so they have room for improvement through training etc. But if a season is only 5 years long how can they reach their full potential?

Do they keep their improved stats once a career is finished, so that they are better when a new competition/friendly is played?

Do their attributes get reset every time you start a new career mode?

Could somebody with the full game clarify please...

dunno, im doing career mode now and the stats dont go up if u train them
