Any band thats come onto the music scene and established themselves in the last couple of years i suppose. There may be an exception or 2, but i find it hard to get into bands that are coming onto the scene these days.

Well, British Sea Power formed in 2000 and got signed up in 2001. Luckily, Rough Trade is a peach of a label which includes the likes of The Strokes (yay!), The Libertines (double yay!), ARE Weapons (er... woo!?) and Belle and Sebastian.

Loads of canny indie acts, there.
