Fifa's production team (and EA Sports in general) need more depth. They do not have a service for creating patches after a game has been released, adn this could really help them. This may not make them much money but it could increase popularity of the game and they may get more sales for the following year's title. If people knew that they could personalise a sports game for their favourite team or player, and even themselves. That's where NHL 2001 has an advantage over Fifa 2001, because it is very flexible, so that you can personalise it more. This would also make EA Sports the "consumer friendly" sports gaming company and they may get such a good reputation that no-one would be tempted to try annother football game!! It has to be the way forward!
